We promote participation in sport amongst all sections of the local community and provide useful guidance to sports clubs to help with their identity and sustainability.
Celebrate
We organise the annual Wirral Sports Awards and as a registered charity raise funds for bursary awards for local sports men, women and children.
Bursary Award Scheme
The 2026 Bursary Awards will be made at the awards evening on 25th November.
Applications are welcomed from all sports persons who need that little bit of financial assistance to help them progress with their sport. This may be towards things like Level Coaching awards, kit, travel etc. The eligibility for application must ensure that the individuals parent club is a member of The Wirral Sports Forum.
